Staying in your own bubble

As we move forward from this pandemic we are asked to continue to stay in our own bubble as much as possible. We can visit family and friends but being mindful of washing our hands and continuing to wear masks and keep that social distance of two metres.

As we have been conditioned to stay in our own bubble what if that could be a metaphor for us going forward. Staying in your own bubble of protection from negativity. You could imagine it as a shimmering bubble. Maybe a bubble that has a sound something like “warning, warning, incoming negativity”, or just perhaps a bubble that keeps you feeling calm, relaxed and in control. You could step into that bubble of protection every day.

You could train your mind to protect yourself from the dangers of negative thinking, negative words, maybe from others or yourself. Learning to protect your mindset is a good thing. Perhaps we can learn from keeping in our own bubbles. Keep in your bubble of healthy thinking and being so that no one can burst your bubble. Perhaps a bubble of self-love, confidence, and protection from harmful negativity.

So put your bubble around you each day and feel its protection because what the mind can conceive and believe the mind can achieve.
