With just a little time left before Christmastime, I want to wish you all a very Happy Christmas.  I also want you to experience a peaceful Christmas allowing yourself that time to relax and spend time with those who are important to you.

Perhaps as you draw closer to Christmas Day and look forward to a brand new year, spare a thought for your achievements this year. Often we focus on what we want. Before you begin to make those positive changes in the New Year, remember and record what you have achieved this year.  It’s all too easy to let that slip.  It’s important.  Its something Richard Branson does each year. Now I know you may not have a fleet of planes or an island, but I know you have achieved positive things this year.  However small or big I want you to acknowledge them.

•    You might have got through a difficult time
•    You have may developed a new skill
•    You may have worked on your own personal development
•    You may have celebrated the arrival of a baby in the family

I would like you to spend some time over the coming days thinking of your
achievements before you begin to start making goals for the coming new year.

You are always, always, much more than you think you are.

I wish you love peace and happiness this Christmas
