Desire:
Sometimes you might feel like you really want to do something special. You think about it, but keep putting up roadblocks in your mind. Firstly, get out of your head. Now get into your heart. What do you really want to do that will make you feel more alive and get you excited? Perhaps even help build your self-esteem.

Imagination:
What is your desired outcome?  In your imagination, see yourself having achieved what you want to do. Make the picture really vivid inside your mind. Allow your imagination to wander off like the way you did when you were a child.

 

•    What will you see?
•    Who will be there?
•    What will you hear?
•    How will you feel

Expectation:
Act as if it is already happening.  What needs to happen to make this really happen?  What if nothing could stop? How different would you feel if you acted on what you really want to do.  If you use these three steps and really believe you can achieve, then you will.
