Mindfulness

The Huffington Post recently wrote an article of the habits of people using Mindfulness. Mindfulness is gaining credability from doctors and hospitals. Doctors are now recommending this for their patients. A Dublin Hospital has been running a Mindfulness course as a pilot programme to help people with problems.  Mindfulness has been around for years. We have just been too busy to even notice it.  Living in the present moment is actually a present to yourself. Mindfulness helps concentration and focus, and brings your awareness into being. Living in the now is far more effective than living in the past or worrying about the future.

Introduction to Mindfulness / Meditation (5 week course)

This unique 5 week course in meditation/mindfulness will help you build practical tools to help you in your daily life. Each week we will look at  different aspects of meditation/mindfulness. This will include mindfulness, breathing, guided meditation, mantras, positive affirmations, accessing your five senses and connecting with your inner power. This is a down to earth practical course for positive daily living.

Advanced Mindfulness Course – (Date to be confirmed)
This unique 5-week course in meditation/mindfulness is a natural follow-on from the Introduction to Mindfulness course. This course will further enhance the skills you have already learned and will give you practical tools to help you in your daily life.  This will include mindfulness, CBT, coaching, guided meditation, breathing, focus, goal setting, positive affirmations, accessing your five senses and connecting with your inner power. This is a down to earth practical course for positive daily living.

Delving further, this course will help you:
·      Develop a wise mind and use it effectively in your relationships
·      Realize the benefits of living in the present
·      Deal more effectively with negative thoughts patterns.
·      Stop judging yourself and others.
·      Practice self-compassion
·      Focus on what you want in the present moment
·      Raise your awareness to new heights.

This unique 5-week advanced mindfulness/meditation course will help you build practical tools to help you in your daily life.
