Self worth is real worth

Self worth is real worth. The way to transformation is in developing your own self-worth. Stop listening to the critic within you. Stop wanting to be like everybody else. For there is only one you. You are as unique as each individual star in the sky. The turtle when he comes into the world knows instinctively that he must go into the water. He does not wait for others to tell him what to do. He doesn’t doubt his own instinct.

A lifetime spent developing your own self-worth, is a lifetime that well spent. It is your purpose in life. By doing that, you can change the world. By developing that self-worth you start to develop self-love.

There is no power in the universe that is as strong as self-love. And there live your principles. There are your goals. There is your determination. There is your focus. There is your motivation.

By genuinely working on your own self-worth know you are changing the world.

How so? Because those around you notice. They see how you have grown. You inspire others by, simply, being you. That drives humanity to want to do the same.

Some may work on self-worth. Some may work on self- doubt. The results are all too obvious to see.

if you spend your days working on self-worth you will begin to look upon yourself as worthy. You will begin to know and nurture self-love and compassion. Your destiny is in who you are.

Your self-worth is worth working on.

Begin. Start. Tear back the layers of self-doubt and build your self-worth to be solid and strong. Even if it takes forever, know you are worth it.

GDPR May 2018

The General Data Protection Regulations comes into effect on 25th May 2018. We are all busy putting templates in place to deal with this. Look at your inbox these days and you will find you are bombarded with emails asking you to opt-in or opt out of something.

But what about you? There are also templates running in your head but you can’t see them. You can hear the internal chitter-chatter and that is a template too. When you feel anxious or panicky that’s also a template. Your mind runs patterns of behaviour when you are triggered, whether internally or externally.

Your subconscious knows everything about you. It retains all information, every thought you have ever had, and all those secrets too. Isn’t that amazing?

Millions and millions of neural pathways criss-cross and build and strengthen every time you even think a thought. Our brains are the most fascinating thing about us and within your brain there is so much potential.

It has recorded all your great qualities, skills, and unique strengths, perhaps not tapped into, and also how you have overcome challenges in the past.

We must all be compliant with GDPR but surely we must also be compliant with what our real self wants: peace, that ease of being where emotional wounds are dealt with, so you can opt-in to feeling more at ease. Your consent is required 100% for this. It starts with one thought : opt in and take responsibility for yourself. Put that in your psychological database and everything changes.

“I am the Greatest” – Muhammad Ali

We sat around the old black and white television. My father ran into the room. “Has it started yet” he said with the greatest excitement. It was the big fight. Muhammad Ali (then known as Cassius Clay) came into the ring. You knew he was going to win. He had that look of unshakeable belief in his eyes. He knew too. He had seen this fight in his head so many times, heard the cheer of the crowd and felt the feeling of being a champion long before he had even placed a foot in the ring. As he danced his way around that ring he did truly “float like a butterfly and sting like a bee”.

“I am the greatest” he said. His belief was embedded in every cell of his body. That’s what champions are made of. He told the world he was the greatest. He believed he was the greatest and he acted and boxed like he was the greatest. He became the greatest. Over and over in his mind he told himself this. It wasn’t just in the gym that he practised. He went right into his deeper mind and developed a belief so powerful that he became champion of the world.

“I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was.”
